Dear Mr. Sir,

We hereby confirm with full corporate aithority and legal responsibility
that we are ready, willing and able to enter in contractual agreement
with the buyer for the following commodity, under penalty of perjuri,
under following the bellow mentioned terms and conditions, subject to
contract:
1. Commodity: Cement Clinker in bulk conforming to ASTM C-150
Type 1, for making Ordinary Portland Cement
from the Indonesian origin produced by PT.
Semen Bosowa Maros, with the composition
attached.
2. Max. Shipment Size: 30,000MT +/- 10% at Buyer options
3. Destination: Will be confirmed by buyer
4. Payment terms: 100% by an Irrevocable and Confirmed L/C pa-
yable at sight to be issued by Prime Bank
5. Price: USD26.50/MT FOB stowed and trimmed at Makssar
port, South Sulawesi, Indonesia for cement
clinker in bulk, subject government increase-
ment, if so same to be reviewed and renegotiate
and mutually agreed
6. Shipment Period: October - December 2006 (subject to final confir
mation)
7. Loading Rate: 4000MT PWWD SHINC (subject to vessel particular)
8. Vessel: Single deck with 4 hatched/holds equipped
with 4 x 15MT geared actual lifting capacity
for vessel less tahn 20 year of age
9. Quantity Determination: By SGS and to be final at loading port
10. Quality Determination: By SGS and to be final at factory/loading port
11. Offer Validity: October 30, 2006
12. Remarks: Other terms and conditions to be mutually
agreed by both parties.
